Sales Executive

TowerCare Technologies is a rapidly growing tech company that builds and markets software solutions – known in the industry as DonorPro – and we are seeking a software sales leader to become a trusted business advisor to executives in the nonprofit space.


As a key member of the DonorPro Sales Team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for selling DonorPro’s solutions to all size nonprofit organizations throughout the world, but primarily in the United States.  The successful candidate will have experience in software solution sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.  Reports to the Vice President of Sales.


Our sales team members manage the sales process from qualify to close – providing needs analysis, and delivering intelligence on solutions relative to feature sets of DonorPro offerings.

Incumbent will demonstrate DonorPro Solutions online and in person, conduct weekly online webinars, overcome obstacles and close deals. 

This team member will develop strategic plans to penetrate key opportunities and will stay current on fundraising and nonprofit trends, as well as competitive offerings.


The ideal candidate will have an outstanding record of consultative sales success in a fast paced environment, is personable and engaging while presenting, and communicates clearly and professionally.

This candidate will be an early adopter of new technologies  and will quickly come up to speed on new software/technical applications.  Comfortable with online applications – browser-based and client-server, and web content management tools.

Experience selling by phone and through online demonstrations required and a proven ability to close sales remotely.

Sales planning and tracking and experience using a sales CRM.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.

Knowledge of non-profit industry and fundraising tools is preferred.
